APTC offers virtual and in-person small group and 1-on-1 classes for young artists that want to dig a little deeper and work individually with working theatre professionals. Classes are offered for young artists ages 8-17 in all areas of theatre. Personalized classes can also be curated based on your individual needs and goals!

You don't need a character description, text, or story to create fully realized characters! Through improv and listening to your impulses, Roque Berlanga will show you how to begin to create characters from the ground up. ​

Some of the most classic plays in history are Shakespeare, but the text can be tricky to understand. Join teaching artist Fiona Sweeney as she teaches you how to read, understand, and act any Shakespeare text you come across!

Ballet Barre with Caitlin Evans

Join Teaching Artist Caitlin Evans for this open level Ballet Barre class! Ballet Barre has many benefits including improving your posture, strengthening your core, reducing stress.....and it's loads of FUN! The best part is you can take this class anywhere. APTC is so honored to partner with the Forestburgh Playhouse to build out their arts education program. FB Playhouse Academy is offering their spring online educational series "Build Your Artistic Toolbox". In this series you can have access to music, dance, and acting classes all focused on being a well rounded artist!
