Roque Berlanga (Artistic Director)
Roque has been with APTC for 10 years! A California native, Roque is formerly the Artistic Director of Allenberry Playhouse as well as the Founder/Artistic Director of Actors Professional Theatre Conservatory (APTC). He has also recently served as a resident director at Stagedoor Manor, a professional theatre training camp for young artists in upstate New York for the past three years. While in California, Roque also trained with the Steppenwolf Theatre Company and The Second City. Kate Wilson (Executive Director)
Kate has been with APTC for 8 years! She has spent the last ten years working as a stage manager around the country. She is a proud member of Actor's Equity Association and has been involved in a wide variety of productions including Nice Work If You Can Get It (First National Tour), Sleep No More, and Theatre For One. She also has served as the Production Stage Manager for Forestburgh Playhouse and Allenberry Playhouse, as the Assistant Stage Manager for Barrington Stage Company and Cortland Repertory Theatre, and as the Associate Artistic Director for Actors Professional Theatre Conservatory.
Carson Gregory (Education Director)
Carson has been with APTC for 8 years! Carson holds a B.A. in Theatre from Greensboro College in North Carolina. Since graduating, Carson worked along the East Coast, as well as into the Midwest as a performer and teacher. Carson now calls Baltimore, MD ‘home base’ for all creative and developmental projects. Carson is an experienced actor, director, choreographer, singer, and educator, and looks forward to growing into her new position with the amazing team at Theatre Untitled/APTC. Favorite credits include: Evil Dead, The Musical (Red Branch Theatre), A Christmas Carol (Chesapeake Shakepeare Company), Wait Until Dark (Allenberry Playhouse), Tecumseh! (Tecumseh Outdoor Drama), Treasure Island (Hampstead Stage Company), and The Fantasticks (Barter Theatre).
Drew Patti (Artistic Associate)
Drew has been with APTC for 10 years! Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Drew currently attends Wagner College in Staten Island, New York for Theatre Performance. Drew is beyond excited to have the opportunity to bring APTC to its new home! Drew was awarded the Hershey Theatre Apollo Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of Pippin in Pippin. Favorite theatre credits include: Fun Home and A Christmas Carol (Open Stage of Harrisburg), Prospect High: Brooklyn, Pippin, and Into the Woods (Capital Area School for the Arts), The Wedding Singer and 13! (APTC), and Damn Yankees (Allenberry Playhouse).
Haley Mowery (Digital/Marketing Associate)
Haley is a recent graduate of Gettysburg College as of this May. Haley is an 10 year alum of APTC and was featured in our productions of Urinetown and The Wedding Singer. She holds a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts, as well as holding multiple accolades as a four year collegiate athlete. She currently works as a zip line instructor and supervisor at a resort, while she pursues her next steps to becoming a cruise director! Haley's passions include stand-up comedy, film, the ocean, and all things entertainment! She is ecstatic to be sharing her creative talents as a member of the TU team!
Caitlin Evans (Teaching Artist, Musical Theatre Audition Intensive)
Caitlin is delighted to be BACK working with APTC! A Seattle native, she now works and teaches in NYC and Rockland County. As a performer, Caitlin's favorite credits include
Calamity Jane (Theatre Row), Anything Goes (Ogunquit Playhouse, Gateway Playhouse), Sweet Charity (Arizona Broadway Theatre), The Full Monty, Hairspray, Happy Days, Chicago (Allenberry Playhouse), Pippin (Legacy Theatre), and Hello Dolly (Round Barn Theatre). She has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University, and is a proud member of Actors Equity.
Julia Hoffman (Teaching Artist, Yoga and Meditation for Actors)
Julia Hoffmann is an NYC-based actor, musician and yogi. She graduated from Shenandoah Conservatory in 2015 with a BFA in Acting and is a proud National Theater Institute and Moscow Art Theater alumna. As an actor/musician, Julia appeared on the Broadway National Tour of Once the Musical as well as the national tour of Rockin' Road to Dublin. She has performed in numerous regional theatre productions and bands across the country. As a yogi, Julia currently teaches at The Fit Loft in Dumbo, Brooklyn and has her own private practice. Edward Powers (Teaching Artist, Intro to Meisner Technique, Intro to Linklater Voice, Intro to Shakespeare, Musical Theatre Audition Intensive)
Edward Powers is a recent graduate of Columbia University’s M.F.A. in Acting program and a working actor in NYC. Having the pleasure to study theatre around the world over the past 7 years has ignited his passion for teaching theatre and acting, especially to young artists. Past credits include teaching artist for Young Theatre Company with Classic Stage Company, private coaching, and the head of the local young artists' Summer Theatre program in his home town of Marcellus, NY. He is also a Co-Founding member of an NYC based non-for-profit production company Squeaky Wheelz Productions, and continues to develop and explore new forms of theatre and art.
